Tell us which page and which sentence was unclear. We can fix the explanation. We cannot tell you which fund to buy.

Help with a payment

Include the date, the amount, and what you expected to happen. Leave out OTPs, passwords, and full card numbers.

A concern

Describe the message or the call, including the number or the handle if you still have it. Do not forward an OTP to prove it.

A partnership

Say who you are, what you want to do together, and how it helps a reader. Education and community work belong here. Guaranteed-return promotions do not.

We will not ask you to move money to a personal account, install a remote-access app, or read out an OTP. Treat any such request as a reason to stop.

Customer Support

For help with a product or account, use the official support channel on this page once it is published. Say what you were trying to do, the date, and the amount. Do not share your OTP, password, or card PIN.

  • If money left your bank and the investment is not visible, wait for the time the scheme documents describe, then write with the date and the amount.
  • If a debit failed, check with your bank as well. A failed debit is not the same as a cancelled SIP.
  • To report a suspicious call or message, choose “Report a concern” and describe what happened. Keep the number. Do not call it back to argue.

Partnerships and other enquiries

We are open to community sessions, financial-education collaborations, and conversations with organisations that serve gig workers and first-time investors. The standard is the same as the site: no guaranteed returns, no hidden fees in the story, and no pressure to invest on the spot.
