Staying Safe With Your Money
How to treat return promises, OTPs, and official channels.
Be wary of anyone who promises a fixed or unusually high return, a “sure” SIP, or a scheme that cannot fall. Mutual fund and gold-linked investments are not guaranteed, and a promise that ignores that is a warning. Walk away from pressure to pay a stranger, install a remote-access app, or move money the same day.
Never share your OTP, password, card PIN, or other authentication credentials. Choti SIP will not ask you to hand those to another person, on a call, on WhatsApp, or in a form. A message that looks official can still be copied. Check the site you are on before you type anything.
Use only the official website, app, and support channels listed on Connect With Us. If a phone number or a social account is not on that page, do not treat it as ours. Report a suspicious request through the channels that are listed.
On this draft site the contact form does not deliver messages. Do not use it to send identity documents, account numbers, or anything you would not want left in a browser.
Keep in mind
A guaranteed high return is a warning, not a favour.
An OTP or a password stays with you.
Use only channels published on Connect With Us.
